CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total treatment cost at checkout. Deposit Amounts & Reasons: • Botox: $50 – Product must be ordered specifically for your appointment and cannot be returned if you cancel late or no-show. • Filler: $100 – High-cost product is ordered in advance and reserved exclusively for you. • Weight Loss Injections (Semaglutide / Tirzepatide): $10 – First-time clients only. 💡 Why deposits are required: Deposits protect the business from financial loss due to late cancellations or no-shows, and ensure appointment times remain available for clients who are ready to proceed. ⸻ Rescheduling & Cancellation Notice Requirements: • Weight Loss Injections: 24 hours’ notice required. • Botox & Filler: 48 hours’ notice required. ⸻ Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee: If you cancel outside the required notice period or fail to show, a 30% cancellation fee (based on your booked service total) will be charged in addition to the loss of your deposit. Example: • Botox service $300 → 30% fee = $90 charged • Filler service $600 → 30% fee = $180 charged
